10. Meet 20 new internet friends in real life.
Internet friends make up about 90% of my circle of friends. I’ve met so many people over the years and I’m so grateful for them. Some have become my very best friends and will be my forever friends but all I consider my real life friends.
Since starting my 101 Things, these are the people I have met:
HPAD Photo-a-Day Reunion
We have all met online over the last 6 years and took part in photo-a-day together from 1st January 2007. I have met several of them previously but met 8 more on our reunion trip to London in February.

I started knitting for my 101 Things and soon met people through Raverly who I now meet up with weekly at my Stitch and Bitch group.
9. Kotaatok, aka the lovely Anne. She’s an absolute gem and a lovely friend.
10. Mrs Tessyman, aka the equally lovely Kerry. She’s become a close friend quite quickly as she only lives a couple of miles away. It’s taken me 5 years to meet someone local to me!
11. Yinners, aka Yin Yin. Fab girl but sooo busy, would be lovely to see her more!
Through the website I’ve used for 6 years now, there have been people who I’ve spoken to for such a long time but never met. During the Edinburgh Festival, we organised a picnic and it was lovely to put faces to names and meet some gorgeous children!

When I went to London to go to my friend Beff’s (one of my closest real friends via the internet), I got to meet another couple of people I’ve spoken to for years but have never met. 18. Planetanna, aka Anna is in the same group of friends as those from the picnic and came to the afternoon tea that my mum and I hosted. Yet another lovely new friend. I was lucky enough to meet three very lovely local girls from the main forum I use. We had cake and drinks in John Lewis in Liverpool. I got to coo over there babies, what more fun can you have?
